Information we collect
- Website: contact-form details you submit (name, email, phone, message), server logs (IP address, browser, requested URL), and cookies needed for the site and analytics.
- LinkedIn app: if you connect LinkedIn, we receive an access token and the identifiers required to publish content as your authorized member or company Page. We may also receive your LinkedIn name and email if those products are enabled.
How we use it
- Respond to inquiries and provide SEO, development, and hosting services.
- Publish approved articles and posts to our own LinkedIn company Page.
- Improve site performance and security.
We do not sell personal data. LinkedIn tokens are stored on our servers and used only to publish content you authorized. We do not post to other members’ profiles or Pages without their OAuth consent.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that host our sites and automation (for example our VPS provider), or when required by law. LinkedIn processes authorization under their own terms.
Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to fulfill the request. LinkedIn tokens are kept until disconnected or they expire; you can revoke access at any time from LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing info@nofalseo.com.
